Ondřej Beránek has been the Managing Director and CEO of the company since 2012. A part of Bohemia Sekt for more than 20 years, Beránek got his start at the company in 1998 as a financial analyst and was later promoted to Manager of Controlling. In 2003 he became the Chief Financial Officer and subsequently a member of the board. In his current position as Chief Executive Officer, he is responsible for fulfilling the strategy of the entire Bohemia Sekt group. Beránek is also President of the Czech Wine Union, an association of leading companies in the industry, and is a member of the board of the Federation of the Food and Drink Industries of the Czech Republic.

Beránek has a degree in Mathematical Engineering from the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. He spends his free time with his family and his favourite sports – tennis, cycling in summer and skiing in winter. His favourite sparkling wine is Chateau Radyně extra brut, but he enjoys savouring every good wine.


Petr Černý

Petr Černý joined Bohemia Sekt in 2006 as the Sales Director. Since 2012 he has been one of the company's three executive directors while holding the post of Sales and Marketing Director. He is primarily responsible for the strategic management of the company's product portfolio and for customer relationship management.

A graduate of the Faculty of Education at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen, Černý held various sales positions at Procter & Gamble and was the sales manager of Povltavské mlékárny (a dairy in the Bongrain group) before linking his professional life with sparkling and still wines. During his free time, Černý enjoys being active – travelling or doing various sports – but he also likes to pour himself a glass of excellent wine, such as Zweigeltrebe Barrique from Habánské sklepy.


Slavomír Hermann

Slavomír Hermann joined Bohemia Sekt in 1989 and soon took on the position of Production Director. He is responsible for the company's production and technology, and since 2012 he has joined Ondřej Beránek and Petr Černý as one of the company's Executive Directors.

Hermann studied Food and Biochemical Technology at the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague. His interests include sports, mainly tennis, and travel. He likes to relax and enjoy his free time with a glass of Moravian white wine.


Martin Fousek,

Martin Fousek became the Marketing Director and Spokesperson in 2006, but he has influenced marketing at the company as a marketing manager since 2000. His main job is to oversee and manage the marketing activities of all brands the company has in its portfolio. He gained his marketing experience at Keramika Horní Bříza, Plzeňský Prazdroj and Adidas Czech Republic.

Fousek studied economics and management at the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague and marketing at the University of Economics in Prague. In his free time he trains for marathons, after which he enjoys celebrating his survival by opening a bottle of Bohemia Sekt Prestige brut.
