Clear golden colour with dark yellow, straw-hued reflections. Significant viscosity with long-lasting legs. On the nose the semi-sweet wine is relatively intense with very pleasant mixed dried fruit and floral tones, finishing with propolis. Very pleasing palate featuring bold honey and fruit notes and intense sweetness. Rolled along the palate it evokes grape pâte de fruit. The overall impression is harmonious and elegant with a long, sweet finish that invites another sip. Perfect with rich poultry terrines, pâtés, or perhaps foie gras served warm; excellent paired with hard ripened cheeses or desserts.
