Fürst von Metternich owes its extraordinary character to carefully selected Riesling grapes. The fine balance and richness of its bouquet are given by the selection of elegant and sparkling grapes that have been cultivated for centuries on the estate of Prince Metternich – Johanisberg Castle. Fürst von Metternich Sekt is characterised by its pale yellow colour with greenish highlights and a fine, long-lasting pearl. The bouquet is predominantly fruity with notes of tangerine and peach. The palate is rich and well balanced with a fresh and subtle sweetness.
