Habánské sklepy – Pinot Blanc
A quite rare variety in the world, Pinot Blanc is grown in 5% of our vineyards. It is derived from Burgundy varieties. The wine is elegant and full-bodied, with extractive substances. It also entices with a delicate floral aroma. The taste is sometimes reminiscent of ripe summer pears and hazelnut kernels. With aging, it acquires a particular aroma and the taste of bread crust. It is said to have been brought to us from France by Charles IV. As it ages, it gains in quality.

It is recommended to serve it with beef and pork. It also goes very well with game, especially pheasant. Of the cheeses, it goes well with soft cheeses with white mould.
