A sparkling yellow-green colour with a medium viscosity. Its nose is light, with fruity tones – lemons and dried apricots – and linden and sap noses linger in the background. Its taste is refreshingly mature and juicy, accompanied by spicy acids. This riesling is excellent with fatty meats and smoked fish. We recommend it with fried veal fillets and potato purée.
