Habánské sklepy – Riesling
A wine of light yellow-green colour, which turns golden with age. It has a delicate, floral and spicy aroma, often reminiscent of dried apricot, peach, gooseberry and very often, especially with Bzeneck, lime blossom. The wines are pleasantly drinkable thanks to their delicate and tasty acidity. The flavour is engaging and the character is closely related to the expression of the aroma. The variety has a high capacity for long-term keeping thanks to the phenomenon of the growing body of the wine.
Recommended to serve with starters, poultry and veal. The wine is also suitable for enjoying with dessert.
