Haban Cellars – Svatovavřinecké
It came to Velké Bílovice and South Moravia a hundred years ago from France. The wine is popular for its deep garnet red colour with purple shades. The aroma is clearly defined and reminiscent of ripe cherries or plums or fudge. It is a full-bodied and rich wine due to its higher tannin content. With aging it softens and becomes smooth and velvety.
We recommend serving it with strongly spiced meats, game, dark meat, pasta, goose or duck.
