This wine is yellowish-gold, with lovely viscosity. Its nose is pure and intense, reminiscent of meadow flowers and orchard fruit, with a delicate spiciness in the background. Its taste is mature, with a spicy and honeyed aftertaste, supported by the mineral that is typical for Palava wines. We recommend serving it with cold dishes and mild freshwater fish dishes, as well as various poultry ragouts and terrines.
