This prosecco has a beautiful pink peach blossom colour and a long lasting bubble. The aroma shows a rich fruity bouquet with strong notes of red fruit and grapefruit. On the palate, there is a touch of honey and bread crust alongside the fruity notes thanks to prolonged ageing on yeast.
This is a sparkling wine that is ideal as an aperitif but is also excellent with food. It goes well with risotto, and especially with cold shellfish and seafood.
Serve at a temperature of 6-8°C.
